Fees

  • Regular rate

    EUR 650

    From 1 April 2025
    Includes Conference, Icebreaker, Take-Off Dinner and Technical Tour.

  • Spouse

    EUR 200

    Bring your spouse
    Includes Sightseeing Tour, Icebreaker, Take-Off Dinner and Technical Tour.

Rates exclude taxes and transaction fees.

Fill in the form to register. With the form, you can register yourself and optionally your spouse. If you are attending with a group, each person must fill in the registration form.

Accomodation

If you want us to reserve a room for you, you pay for the room yourself during check-out at the hotel. We will confirm the reservation of the room with the confirmation of your registration.

Payment

If you would like to pay by bank transfer, we will send you the account details with the confirmation of your registration. You can pay by credit card at the beginning of the event at the registration desk.

Remarks

You can provide us with remarks for your registration.

We need to store your submitted information to process and confirm your registration.

Photos will be made during the event. These photos are for documentation and may be published in part for publicity purposes. If you disagree with the publication of photos, please inform the photographers on-site.
