Fees

  • Early Bird Rate

    EUR 780 incl. VAT

    Until 28 February 2027
    Includes Conference, Icebreaker, Take-Off Dinner and Technical Tour.

  • Regular rate

    EUR 900 incl. VAT

    From 1 March 2027
    Includes Conference, Icebreaker, Take-Off Dinner and Technical Tour.

  • Spouse

    EUR 300 incl. VAT

    Bring your spouse
    Includes Sightseeing Tour, Icebreaker, Take-Off Dinner and Technical Tour.

VAT notice: EU tax regulations require us to charge VAT on participation fees.

Transaction fees: Any bank charges, transaction fees, currency conversion costs, or similar payment-related charges are the responsibility of the participant and must be borne in full by the payer. The amount received by the organizer must equal the invoiced amount.

Payment

Please note:

  • If you would like to pay by bank transfer, we will send you the account details with the confirmation of your registration.
  • If you would like to pay via PayPal, we will send you a PayPal payment link with the confirmation of your registration.

Refund Policy

A full refund will be provided for cancellations submitted by email to the Organizing Committee on or before 21 May 2027. No refunds will be issued after this date.

Photos will be made during the event. These photos are for documentation and may be published in part for publicity purposes. If you disagree with the publication of photos, please inform the photographers on-site.
