Data provided by you (e.g. for purposes of communication) is only used for the purposes indicated in each case. This data is not forwarded to third parties or used in any other way without your prior consent.

The protection of your personal details is very important to us. We therefore comply with all statutory provisions (GDPR, Telecommunications Act (TKG 2003)) when using your data. In general, use of this website including access to the publicly available content on the website is possible without providing your personal data.

We process and store your personal data for contract performance, accounting, to process your requests and to perform related activities (in particular GDPR art. 6 para. 1 cl. a [consent of the data subject], cl. b [performance of a contract], lit c [compliance with legal obligations] and cl. f [legitimate interests by the controller]).

You are entitled to receive information concerning the data stored by us in relation to your person and to have the personal data you have provided to us modified or deleted, where necessary (for instance in the case of incorrectness of the data), to demand restrictions for the processing or transmission of data, and to withdraw any consent you have given us to use your data. To this end, please see the controller’s contact information given below.

Requests are processed within one month and the requester is informed in writing about the measures taken once processing has taken place. In the event of delays (max. additional two months after expiry of the one-month deadline) due to the complexity of the request or due to the high volume of requests received, you will be informed immediately. Where we require data for processing of an order or for fulfilling contractual obligations, the request for deletion can only be processed once the overriding reasons for data retention no longer apply.

In the event that your request is not processed or not processed properly, you have an option to contact the Austrian Data Protection Authority by means of a complaint.
