The event will take place at the Imlauer Hotel Pitter Salzburg, where we will be utilizing the hotel’s state-of-the-art meeting and conference facilities. Conveniently located in the city center, this venue offers an ideal setting for both formal sessions and informal networking.
To make your stay as convenient as possible, we have reserved an allotment of rooms at the Imlauer Hotel Pitter Salzburg and the adjacent Hotel Imlauer & Braeu Salzburg. These rooms can be booked during the event registration, ensuring you stay comfortably at or near the conference venue.

Icebreaker Event Location
The Icebreaker event will take place on the evening of Monday, 23 June 2025, at the historic Pitterkeller Salzburg, located in the Imlauer Hotel Pitter Salzburg, our event venue. Established in 1865, the PitterKeller is one of Salzburg’s oldest and most iconic beer cellars, known for its warm, rustic charm.
Accessible via escalator from the Imlauer Hotel Pitter, this unique venue combines history and comfort, offering the perfect setting for attendees to connect and enjoy Austrian hospitality as we kick off the event.
Take-Off Dinner Location
The event will conclude with the Take-Off Dinner on Wednesday, 25 June 2025 at the renowned M32 Restaurant, located on Salzburg’s iconic Moenchsberg. Offering stunning panoramic views of the city, M32 combines modern design with exceptional Austrian cuisine, making it an unforgettable dining experience.
Known for its fresh, regional ingredients and contemporary flair, the restaurant provides the perfect setting to reflect on the event, engage with fellow attendees, and enjoy an evening of culinary delights in a picturesque location.
