Accommodation
To make your visit to the Human Factors and Pilot Training Symposium as convenient as possible, we recommend booking your accommodation early. Salzburg is a popular destination and hotels can fill up quickly, particularly during the summer season.
Staying in the Event Hotel
We have secured a special room allocation and negotiated reduced rates for HFS 2027 participants at our official event hotel and its sister hotel.
Participants can use this booking code to reserve their room directly at the preferential event rate: HFS2027
We recommend booking as early as possible, as the room allocation and special rates are available only for a limited number of rooms and may expire before the event.
